2. Customer is shown information about the apartments he/she is interested
in
3. Customer is taken to the apartments he/she is interested in
4. Customer submits a move-in application form
5. Landlord examines the application form
6. After acceptance by the landlord, important information regarding contracting
and renting the apartment is explained to the customer
7. Signing the lease contract
8. Obtaining the property fire insurance for the apartment
9. Paying initial fees
10. Receive the apartment key
11. Start moving in!
